Frozen Royalty Audio: LA Kings Focus On Power Play At Sunday Practice

EL SEGUNDO, CA — After a big win at Phoenix on January 22, the Los Angeles Kings returned to practice on Sunday afternoon with a lot of smiles, laughter, and, perhaps some extra jump in their step.

But do not get the wrong impression, as practice was not fun and games. Indeed, there was very heavy emphasis and attention to their anemic power play, which has been shutout in their last 21 times with the man advantage.

Head coach Terry Murray said that Jonathan Quick will start in goal on January 24 at Staples Center against the Boston Bruins.
