Loktionov Returned To Juniors, Ellis Claimed by Buffalo

EL SEGUNDO, CA — On October 1, the Los Angeles Kings sent center Andrei Loktionov to his junior team, the Windsor Spitfires of the Ontario Hockey League.
The Kings also announced that the Buffalo Sabres claimed left wing Matt Ellis off of waivers.
The Kings now have 35 players remaining on their 2008 training camp roster, including 19 forwards, 12 defensemen and four goaltenders.
