Many of those decisions were made for Dave Taylor rather than being made by him. It is quite well-known now that AEG meddled a ton in the decisions being made in terms of hockey operations and player personnel. Leiweke has pretty much admitted that.

It looks like they (owners) have finally put hockey people in place of hockey decision making. You can blame ownership for not doing that sooner rather than later. Coulds and shoulds are too easy for an opinion piece. He should have provided answers to his “shoulds” instead of just venting like every other King fan.
