Kings Activate Rob Blake From Injured Reserve

On February 28, the Los Angeles Kings activated defenseman Rob Blake from injured reserve. He is expected to play tonight when the Kings skate against the Edmonton Oilers at Rexall Place in Edmonton (6:00 PM PST; radio only on tape-delayed basis, 7:00 PM on KGIL AM 1260 and 540).

Blake, 38, has missed the team’s last eleven games due to a non-displaced fracture in his left ankle. The 6-4, 225-pound native of Simcoe, Ontario has five goals with 21 assists for 26 points and 80 penalty minutes this in 53 games this season.
